Mother's Day can be bitter-sweet as we get older. I was thinking of you. But we can take comfort in our families and in carrying out traditions.
Thanks Donna, for your kind comment. I meant to plant a tree in her honor on Sunday(she was a great gardener), but ended up preparing for a barbecue. I played the cello in her honor though. She was always so enthusiastic about my enthusiasm for the cello, even though I neglect housework and gardening for music.
Soon, I will plant that tree!
